Account deletion

A direct, verified way to leave Pack.

Sign in to the Account Center, review the current impact preview, resolve household or business ownership obligations, confirm with your current password, and submit.

What to expect

  1. Pack verifies your account and calculates current consequences on the server.
  2. You choose an eligible household successor when shared stewardship must continue.
  3. Final business owners transfer ownership or request business closure before deleting the account.
  4. After password confirmation, Pack accepts the request and immediately revokes account access.
  5. A receipt in the current browser tab lets you monitor asynchronous processing without signing in.

Timing and exceptions

Access revocation is immediate after acceptance. Ordinary requests complete within 45 calendar days. Data disposition and provider cleanup continue asynchronously and may wait for active care safety, settled payments, disputes, legal holds, or statutory retention periods. Failed steps use bounded retries and audited operator recovery.

Use this Account Center. The same lifecycle APIs and receipt behavior are used by the mobile app and this portal.
